Aristocrat Interactive on Thursday announced the first installment of its new PlayerMax self-enrollment technology at Soboba Casino Resort in San Jacinto, California.
The PlayerMax self-enrollment feature lets casino guests join loyalty programs remotely. The feature removes the need to visit the rewards booth on a casino property solely for the purpose of signing up for a rewards program, moving a manual task to the mobile space.
Through this new mobile functionality, players can enroll in the casino loyalty program at their convenience by completing the necessary ID and age verification checks directly through PlayerMax, whether at home or sitting at a gaming machine on the casino floor.
“PlayerMax self-enrollment is a direct response to operator needs and a way to provide players with more control and convenience,” Aristocrat Interactive Gaming Systems Vice President of Sales Kristen Jones said in a statement. “By bringing loyalty enrollment to mobile devices, we’re helping operators like Soboba Casino Resort extend the reach of their reward programs, streamline their operations, and create a more seamless connected guest experience.”
Soboba Casino Resort is an established customer of Aristocrat Interactive, using the operator’s Oasis Loyalty and One Link progressive management and bonusing solutions.
Soboba Casino Resort is the first casino to install Aristocrat Interactive’s PlayerMax self-enrollment. The feature is available for onboarding in additional markets throughout the country.
