Caesars Sportsbook announces partnership deal with NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies

Another day, another new partnership for Caesars Sportsbook.

One day after the sports betting operator’s mobile app went live in Wyoming, Caesars Entertainment announced Wednesday that its sportsbook has reached a multi-year partnership deal with the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies. The partnership includes game-day promotions and the opening of a Caesars Sportsbook Lounge at the Grizzlies’ home arena, FedExForum.

“The Memphis Grizzlies are an exciting young NBA team and it’s great to announce this partnership ahead of what should be a special season for the franchise,” said Caesars Digital Co-President Chris Holdren in a statement. “Tennessee is an important state for us, filled with passionate sports fans. We embrace the chance to strengthen our connection in the Memphis area through the legacy of our nearby resort, Horseshoe Tunica. This collaboration allows us to engage more sports fans while bringing them experiences they can’t get anywhere else.”

In addition to access to official Grizzlies logos and marks, the partnership expands Caesars Sportsbook’s footprint in Tennessee, which includes entertainment experiences at Horseshoe Tunica in Mississippi, approximately 30 miles from Memphis. Caesars Sportsbook also will be featured on TV-visible, fixed, in-game signage throughout FedExForum and have presenting entitlement of the Grizzlies’ pre-game and post-game radio broadcasts, in addition to various digital and social media assets.

Caesars Sportsbook will also be the presenting partner of Grind City Media, a sports and pop-culture podcast network based in”¯Nashville that concentrates on the NBA and features “The Chris Vernon Show” and “The Odds Couple.”
