Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol presented checks totaling $33,405.92 to Ronald McDonald Charity House of Southern Appalachia and Mountain Mission School with funds raised by its Team Members in September.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Appalachia supports families with children receiving medical care by helping them stay close to the care and resources they need. Through its programs and services, the organization provides families with comfort, support and a welcoming place to stay during challenging times.
“When a child needs medical care, a family’s world can quickly become centered around appointments, treatments and simply being there for one another,” said Dewayne Dickens, chief executive officer of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Appalachia.
