Virgin Casino, which has been operating online in New Jersey for over 10 years, rebranded itself Wednesday as Monopoly Casino.
As of this writing at 10:30 a.m. ET [Wednesday], the site was undergoing maintenance, but users were told to “get ready to pass Go!” as the rebrand and relaunch was slated to happen “soon.”
Both brands, owned by Gamesys, have operated overseas for years.
There was no reason given to New Jersey Virgin online casino users as to why the rebranding was happening. Past Virgin Casino users will be able to login using their Virgin usernames and passwords, and all account details will be seamlessly transferred.
