Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino is back open after a weekend system outage temporarily shut down gaming operations and left many customers waiting for answers.
The casino announced Monday that it is fully open and operational after crews worked to restore the system following the outage Saturday night.
During the disruption, electronic gaming machines displayed messages indicating they had lost communication with the server, preventing many guests from continuing play or receiving payouts.
Casino officials apologized for the inconvenience and said the Electronic Gaming Devices (EGD) team has compiled a list of payouts owed to guests and is working to finalize them.
