If your idea of a good time includes great food and an even better cause, Pine Bluff has something tasty on the calendar.
The Taste of Southeast Arkansas is returning [this] week at Saracen Casino, bringing together eight chefs from the southeast region to serve what Jamal Gordon, of the economic development alliance for Jefferson County, described as “their best presentation, their best food, their best dish.” Gordon said more than 200 people have already signed up to attend.
Beyond the bites, the event is designed to give back. Gordon said money raised goes back into the community through the Jefferson County Young Professionals Network, which supports local projects and events.
