A Las Vegas food court operator has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, with documents showing it is in over $1 million of debt to a Strip casino.

Feel Good Brands LLC, which operates food courts at Circus Circus, Excalibur and Treasure Island, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on April 16, according to court documents. This is the first time the company has filed for bankruptcy.

Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy code allows for companies to continue operations while restructuring its finances and creating a debt repayment plan, according to the IRS.

Feel Good Brands couldn’t immediately be reached for comment. The court documents show the company is in debt to at least three entities.
