In a strategic leadership move, Rush Street Gaming has appointed Scott Lokke as the new general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia, effective immediately. The announcement was made [last] week by the company’s executive team.
It’s Rivers Casino Philadelphia’s fourth general manager since 2023. Lokke is replacing Susan Foster, who was hired in July 2024. She preceded Eric Althaus and Justin Moore.
Foster, Althaus, and Moore represented in-house hires to general managers. Rush Street went outside the organization to land Lokke.
Lokke brings extensive industry experience and a deep familiarity with the local market. A seasoned casino executive, Lokke has held pivotal roles within Rush Street Gaming in the past and is known for his operational acumen and leadership.
