Resorts World Las Vegas will mark Earth Day with its annual ladybug release, a tradition the resort has maintained since opening in 2021 as part of its ongoing sustainability efforts.
From 1 to 3 p.m. April 22 the public is invited to the resort’s Rideshare Pickup Lot on Goh Tong Way to participate in the release of more than 100,000 ladybugs. The event, held in partnership with landscaping company LandCare, will also serve as an opportunity for visitors to learn about the role ladybugs play in supporting healthy ecosystems, officials said in a news release.
This year’s release will push the property past the 500,000 ladybug milestone since the resort first opened.
