A new multimillion-dollar golf facility is up next for the Grand Sierra Resort as it continues work on a major expansion of the hotel-casino.
The Grand Sierra Resort is seeking approval for a new golf facility, according to a commercial construction permit filed with the city of Reno.
The filing pegged the job value for the project at $14.7 million. The permit, which first showed up as an unfinished application in January, is currently undergoing a building review after GSR finalized its submission.
The facility will stand three stories tall with a 90-bay driving range plus food and beverage facilities, according to the permit.
