Plans filed with the city of Reno outline a proposed mixed-use development at the intersection of Kietzke and Peckham lanes that would include a 6,000-seat soccer stadium, hotel, gaming and retail.

The project, called “The Boulevard Reno,” spans about 28 acres and would redevelop multiple parcels into a walkable destination with sports, dining, entertainment and hospitality uses, according to plans filed with the city of Reno.

According to the application, the development would transform the former Jones West Ford dealership site and an adjacent strip mall. The site currently includes retail tenants such as Grocery Outlet, Savers and Dollar Tree, along with a former Joann Fabric space.
