Redhead Burger is bringing Miami Beach swagger to the Las Vegas Strip. The smashburger chain opened today at Grand Canal Shoppes inside the Venetian, its first West Coast location.
Redhead Burger, a South Beach staple built around burgers, fries and milkshakes, was founded in October 2019 by brothers Sammy and Christian Mounayyer and their father, Saheer Mounayyer. The concept quickly became a Miami Beach go-to before expanding to a second location there and now to Las Vegas.
“We’re excited to bring Redhead Burger to another classic tourist destination, Las Vegas,” Sammy Mounayyer stated in a news release, noting that the proprietary beef blend makes the smashburgers crispy, juicy and flavorful, and that the fries are cut in house and fried fresh to order.
