Racing live feed supplier SIS, which counts leading UK-licensed bookies among its shareholders, signed a B2B deal with black-market operator Santeda in 2022 that may still have been in effect as recently as this year, according to leaked regulatory documents from Curaçao.
It comes after major UK operators, through the Betting & Gaming Council (BGC) trade body, have focused full force on the fast-growing black market in their public messaging in 2026.
Against that backdrop, some campaigners believe the industry has been hypocritical on this topic given ongoing supplier links with offshore operators.
SIS, described as a 24/7 live betting content provider, was founded in the mid-1980s to supply live pictures, data, and commentary to the UK and Irish betting industry, replacing the previous manual board and audio commentaries on sports like horse and dog racing.
