Playtech reported strong momentum in the Americas as it posted full-year results for 2025 following the completion of its Snaitech sale.
Results came in ahead of expectations for the year ended 31 December 2025, with the supplier also pointing to a strong start to the new year driven by continued growth in the Americas.
Playtech reported revenue of €763.6m [$881.0m], down 10% year-on-year, and adjusted group EBITDA of €197m [$227m], down 9%, though the declines were largely attributable to the impact of a revised agreement with Mexican operator Caliente Interactive that came into effect on 31 March 2025.
Under the new arrangement, Playtech no longer receives an additional B2B services fee but instead receives income via its 30.8% equity holding in the business.
