Grosvenor Casinos has appointed Peter Turpin as the Venue Director of the Victoria Casino in London.

At the flagship Grosvenor Casino in London, Turpin will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the property and ‘ensuring The Vic maintains its stature within the London gaming market,’ according to the operator. His role is part of the Rank Group’s new corporate structure, which will also see investment made in Grosvenor’s casinos in London.

Turpin started working for Rank in 1989 before working for Caesars’ Empire Casino and becoming the COO at Metropolitan Gaming.

Turpin said of his new position at Grosvenor Casinos: “After many years working with other brands within the sector, it is exciting to be returning to Rank at such an exciting time for the business.
