The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is soliciting public comment for the renewal of the slot machine license for the Wind Creek Bethlehem casino.

A public hearing on the license renewal is to be held on June 27 at Bethlehem’s City Hall, and written comments can also be submitted. To participate or submit comment, go to the board’s meeting page online. A follow-up hearing will be held at the gaming board’s offices in Harrisburg at a later date.

Wind Creek Bethlehem, located just east of Allentown, is one of five “category 2″ stand-alone casinos under Pennsylvania’s gaming law. The casino was awarded its initial license in 2006, and opened in 2009.
