DraftKings’ Electric Poker game — in which three players compete again one another, with a frenetic blind structure and with prize amounts determined by luck of the draw — arrived in Pennsylvania Tuesday after debuting over the summer in Michigan.
The play is based on standard no-limit Texas hold ‘em rules, but the game — which bears similarities to PokerStars “Spin & Gos” and WSOP’s “Blast Poker” — features a prize pool based on a random multiplier, two-minute blind levels, and an “electric” mode that forces everyone all-in.
“Electric Poker is one of many innovative games on DraftKings Casino, which houses exclusive products that players can’t get anywhere else,” Jason March, vice president of iGaming marketing and operations at DraftKings, said in a release.
