A Pennsylvania casino was fined after a 13-year-old was able to play the slot machines for hours last year.
The boy was able to gamble for hours at Valley Forge Casino Resort in Montgomery County in November, according to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).
A consent agreement was approved on Wednesday, leading to the operator of the casino being fined $300,000, the PGCB said. The PGCB did not say if the 13-year-old won any money.
The consent agreement documents detail that the boy was with his father, and they were staying at the casino. The boy entered the gaming floor with his father by using his father’s identification.
