The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has placed 11 individuals on its various Involuntary Exclusion Lists, effectively banning them from gambling in the state.

Placement on the list bans individuals from gambling in a casino in Pennsylvania, as well as online betting sites regulated by the Board and Video Gaming Terminal locations.

The following individuals were placed on the Involuntary Exclusion List for leaving minors unattended at a casino property while they gambled:

  • A woman who left a 1-year-old in a vehicle in the parking lot of Parx Casino for 2 hours 41 minutes with an outside temperature of 80 degrees while she gambled at slot machines.
  • A man who left a 10-year-old in a vehicle in the parking lot of Hollywood Casino York for 18 minutes while he gambled in the casino’s sportsbook.
