Panda Interactive has leveled new antitrust claims against sports data giants Sportradar and Genius Sports in its ongoing patent infringement lawsuits against the businesses.

The sports streaming and betting data supplier alleged the businesses have unlawfully tied access to their exclusive official sports data to the use of their other technology solutions, therefore working to suppress competition and limit consumer choice.

It comes over a year into Panda’s ongoing lawsuits against Sportradar and Genius, originally filed in October 2023, for allegedly infringing its patent relating to its low latency, interactive sports streaming and betting technology.

A Sportradar spokesperson told NEXT.io: “Like most commercial enterprises, we do not comment on pending litigation matters – even unfounded litigation.”
