A rally was held in Queens in attempts to block a new casino from opening up.

Opponents of the plan gathered in Flushing, near the site of the proposed project.

Mets owner Steve Cohen has already won community approval for an $8 billion gaming mecca adjacent to Citi Field.

Demonstrators say if enough people from the neighborhood get involved, it’s still possible to quash the casino.
