Silverstein Properties has revealed new renderings for The Avenir, its proposed casino and hotel development on W41st Street and 11th Avenue — and says the design was shaped by feedback from Hell’s Kitchen residents and community stakeholders.

According to a press release from Silverstein, the mixed-use complex — developed in partnership with Rush Street Gaming and Greenwood Gaming — will rise 785 feet and include a 1,000-room hotel, more than a dozen restaurants and bars, and what they describe as a “first-class gaming facility.”

In an effort to address local concerns, the developers have emphasized their “community-first” design choices, including a full-floor “Community Gallery” and the creation of over 100 permanently affordable apartments off-site.
