As the battle for New York’s downstate casino licenses enters its most competitive phase, W42ST has been given an exclusive first look at the proposed interior of Caesars Palace Times Square. The newly released renderings — never before shown to the public — offer a glimpse into the vision put forward by SL Green, Caesars Entertainment and Roc Nation for what they hope will become Manhattan’s first gaming facility.

According to the developers, the project would convert the 1515 Broadway office tower into a 992-room luxury casino resort, featuring a rooftop observatory, spa, theater, high-end restaurants and a gaming lounge above street level. The interior renderings depict sweeping staircases, marble finishes, glass-domed ceilings and skyline-facing hotel suites — all part of what the team calls an “elevated entertainment experience” designed to complement, not compete with, the surrounding neighborhood.
