As a new version of the Revo Casino on South Willow Street slowly comes to life, a new parking lot is about to be constructed as questions remain over what comes next.
During the Aug. 20, 2026 Manchester Planning Board meeting, approved finalizing Phase 1 of the Revo construction plan, with Phase 2 and 3 still needing further analysis.
In the three-stage plan for the new casino’s construction, the first phase demolishes the former Even Hotel (which has already been completed), creating a temporary 216-space parking lot in its place for use at the current casino at 1279 South Willow Street, allowing the western portion of the casino’s current parking lot to be blocked off in preparation for Phase 2.
