Hampton Beach’s historic Casino could soon get a major makeover, bringing a fresh look to Ocean Boulevard.
New plans submitted to the town’s project review committee include a 200-room hotel, a new casino ballroom and added retail space.
“It is, you know, still very early in the planning board’s process right now. We just received the site plan application about, you know, early in June. So we’re very early in our review process on that,” said Hampton Town Planner Jason Bachand.
The proposal was submitted by Lupoli Companies last month, but it could still be awhile before the plans are fully approved.
