With unanimous approval from Keene’s planning board Monday night, Revo Casino and Social House is one step closer to moving from Emerald Street into the Toy City space on Key Road.
Dick Anagnost, a partner of Revo Casino and Social House, which has locations around the state, said the move would happen after Toy City’s lease ends in 2027, or possibly sooner.
Anagnost said Tuesday that he and Steven Levy, Toy City’s owner, are discussing next steps. They’ve known each other for about five decades, and have a good working relationship, Levy said.
The planning board approved the move — which includes the building’s change of use, additional parking and new landscaping — with minimal discussion.
