The proposed redevelopment of the Hampton Beach Casino is shifting from a Miami-inspired design to a more traditional New England aesthetic, according to new plans filed with the town.

Owners Sal Lupoli and Fred Schaake appeared before the town Planning Board, alongside engineers from TEC, on Oct. 1 to present the updated proposal for approval.

The ambitious project would span the block Lupoli owns between F and D Street and include 99 luxury condominiums, a 208-room hotel, 38,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space, a 52,000-square-foot charitable gaming casino, and a music and entertainment venue with a 3,500-person capacity. A parking garage with 732 spaces is also part of the plan.
