Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority has announced operating results for its third fiscal quarter ended June 30. During the quarter, the company completed the $300 million sale of the Connecticut Sun WNBA franchise and redeemed $140 million in aggregate principal amount of its 2029 Senior Unsecured Notes. The Restricted Group reported year-over-year growth of 5.8% in net revenue and 10.2% in Adjusted EBITDA.
Mohegan Sun recorded a 59.7% share of Connecticut’s slot market, its highest quarterly market share since the fourth quarter of 2020. Mohegan Digital also reported record quarterly Adjusted EBITDA of $40.1 million, while its Connecticut operations averaged $467 in revenue per monthly active user.
