Century Casino and Hotel in Cape Girardeau announced its new general manager. According to the casino, Roger Eledge has been promoted to the role.
They say he brings more than 30 years of experience with gaming and hospitality leadership.
Earlier in the week, casino leaders announced the former general manager, Lyle Randolph, had been promoted to executive vice president of operations for the United States for Century Casinos, Inc.
Randolph took over his new responsibilities on Friday, May 15.
