Several anonymous tips about illegal gambling led state investigators to Cozy Barcade, 3280 S. Waverly Road, Suite C-2, in Delta Township, according to a news release from the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB).

The Michigan Department of Attorney General and MGCB investigated, resulting in a search warrant, which was served with assistance from the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office and Lansing Police Department.

“We have received several complaints from residents in the area about this place,” said Captain Rob Block, of the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office. “These establishments breed other types of crimes such as robberies, assaults and drug activity.”
