Scores of Las Vegas restaurants and bars are doing their part to bolster Nevada breweries, sometimes going so far as to contract with them to make a signature brew.
Holsteins at The Cosmopolitan has Holsteins Lager by Tenaya Creek, which general manager Ivan Cuevas says has become the gourmet burger restaurant’s best-selling beer since putting it on in late 2011.
Circa Resort & Casino within the Fremont Street Experience has teamed up with Able Baker to brew a beer for its Vegas Vickie’s Cocktail Lounge. Called Vegas Vickie Neon Blonde, it is a 4.5% ABV, easy-drinking, crisp and clean lager that pays homage to the leg-kicking neon cowgirl that shone bright on Fremont Street for decades and now overlooks the Lounge.
