Lotus of Siam and Naxos Taverna are leaving Red Rock Resort las Vegas, and the Oyster Bar is getting a new home, according to a Tuesday announcement.
Station Casinos said “the entities that operate Lotus of Siam, Naxos Taverna and the Red Rock Oyster Bar outlets have agreed that their tenancies will end effective Oct. 29. Station Casinos will resume operations of the Red Rock Oyster Bar Oct. 30 and will continue to offer its signature recipes and dishes that have made it a city-wide favorite. Plans for the other two restaurants will be announced in the coming weeks.”
Lotus of Siam is regarded as the best Thai restaurant in the United States, but the Red Rock location has been under a cloud since a lawsuit two years ago that laid bare a conflict involving the alteration of recipes.
