The real estate firm that’s overhauling two former casino sites in North Las Vegas gave a detailed look at what’s in store for one of them.
Agora Realty & Management held an event Wednesday to showcase its sweeping plans to redevelop the 25-acre former Fiesta Rancho property into a mixed-use campus centered on athletics.
All told, it’s designed to capture some of the mountains of money that parents spend every year on youth sports, bringing waves of families, year-round, to a former gambling site that was demolished and then sold to the current developer.
