Eat Your Heart Out food hall, which debuted with the launch of Durango in December 2023, is closing three of its outlets, with another in the lobby closing, Station Casinos announced Thursday.
Uncle Paulie’s, an outpost of the L.A. restaurant inspired by New York delis, closed Wednesday to make way for a concept to be revealed later. In the meantime, the space will host a series of as yet-unidentified pop-ups. Uncle Paulie’s was one of the original concepts in the food hall.
Yu-Or-Mi Sushi, another original purveyor, will close Nov. 10, with a replacement to be named later. Vesta Coffee Roasters locations in the food hall (original as well) and the lobby will also shutter Nov. 10, with a replacement to be announced later, too.
