A legendary piece of American travel history is making a comeback. After more than a decade of sitting empty, the iconic Cal Neva Resort & Casino, once owned by Frank Sinatra and frequented by members of the Kennedy family, is officially on track to reopen.

For travelers, this isn’t just another hotel relaunch. It’s the revival of a destination that helped define luxury travel, celebrity culture, and the mystique of Lake Tahoe.

Originally opened in 1926 on the shores of Lake Tahoe, the Cal Neva quickly became one of the most glamorous resorts in the country.
