Kindred Group’s share of revenue from high-risk players dropped to 3% in Q2 2024, down from 3.2% in the previous quarter and from 3.1% in Q2 2023.
Kindred publishes the figures at the group level each quarter, in order to help track its progress along the so-called Journey towards Zero.
The initiative aims to minimise the amount of revenue generated by players at higher levels of risk of suffering gambling harm.
Although the Q2 2024 figures showed a sequential and year-on-year decrease in the proportion of revenue from high-risk players, it also showed a drop in the rate of improvement among those players after interventions by the operator.
