Unlike November, when Kansas casino revenue decreased yearly and monthly, December was a successful month for the state’s gaming venues.
According to the latest report by The Kansas Lottery, casinos in the state have generated $37,442,477 in revenue throughout the last month. The figure is a 6.83% annual increase and a 19.09% monthly rise.
Despite a minor monthly drop, sports betting in Kansas increased by more than 48% year-over-year to almost $260 million in December, setting a new monthly high in revenue.
As mentioned, Kansas casinos brought in $37.44 million in total revenue during November. The revenue comes from poker, slots and table games. All casinos except Kansas Crossing Casino showed year-over-year progress in December.
