Kambi Group plc and Penn Entertainment Inc. have extended their retail sportsbook platform agreement until July 31, 2027, replacing the previous agreement that was set to expire December 31, 2025. The extension covers on-property sportsbooks active by the end of 2025. Kambi currently supports 30 Penn properties across 13 U.S. states, according to the companies.
Under the extended agreement, Kambi will continue providing its retail sportsbook technology to power PENN’s on-property sportsbooks. The arrangement provides PENN with flexibility as it prepares for migration to its proprietary technology.
Kambi’s retail offering includes trading capabilities, betting kiosks, bring-your-own-device technology and over-the-counter wagering solutions.
“We are pleased to extend our retail agreement with PENN Entertainment, reaffirming Kambi’s position as the trusted sportsbook provider for leading operators,” said Werner Becher, Kambi CEO.
