Leading electronic table games supplier Interblock has appointed Kay Oswald, a former IT and fitness executive, as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Oswald, who hails from Germany but has spent much of his professional career in the United States, joins the company five months after long-time CEO John Connelly stepped down from the role. Bala Ganesan, Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management L.P. – which acquired Interblock in 2022 – had served as Interim CEO while the company conducted a search for Connolly’s permanent replacement.
“Kay is a proven global operator with a track record of building disciplined, scalable businesses across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America,” said David Quick, Oaktree Managing Director and Interblock Board member.
