Kyle Miller…was one of several lawmakers who said the threat of an Allen County tribal casino, which would pay little or no state taxes, should drive Indiana’s decision to move the Rising Star casino license from southern Indiana to northeast Indiana. At least four other lawmakers agreed with that push.
