The first guests will check into the Terre Haute Casino Resort hotel on Wednesday, but ahead of the grand opening, WTWO got an exclusive sneak peek of some of the amenities.
Throughout the tour, the word “luxury” was used often to describe the experience for hotel guests and other patrons; staff said it’s a continuation of the atmosphere at the casino, which opened in April.
“This is the only luxury property in Terre Haute,” Hotel Manager Seleste Miller said. “It’s exciting for the whole entire community.”
Miller said the hotel’s 122 rooms all offer special amenities and nods to the city of Terre Haute itself.
