Yaamava’ Resort & Casino is celebrating 40 years with a blast of nostalgia.
The Highland property officially marks its fourth decade on Friday, July 24, and will commemorate the occasion by giving away a 1987 Buick GNX, one of only 547 ever produced.
“We really wanted to make this celebration special,” said Kyle Anderson, vice president of marketing at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino. “We’re giving away such an iconic car that only has 71 miles on it, so it’s essentially like getting it brand new from that year.”
In addition to the GNX giveaway, Yaamava’s The Pines Modern Steakhouse will host a $5,000 six-course dinner created by Michelin-starred chef Paul Liebrandt and Master Sommelier João Pires.
