Hard Rock Casino NL and the operator behind Belgium’s Blitz.be and SuperGame.be have launched SpinCore Group, a new entity focused on regulated online gaming markets. The combined group will operate Hard Rock Casino in the Netherlands while maintaining the Blitz.be and SuperGame.be brands in Belgium.
SpinCore described itself as combining global recognition with local market expertise across both jurisdictions.
The company said it plans to expand into additional European jurisdictions, with Finland named as a potential target market.
SpinCore has established offices in St Julian’s, Malta, which serves as its headquarters, alongside operational bases in Antwerp and Maastricht.
