A local casino would generate more than $107 million in annual tax revenue, including $25 million for Fort Wayne coffers, according to a study commissioned by Greater Fort Wayne Inc. and released Tuesday.

The Greater Fort Wayne Area Casino Analysis was prepared by CBRE, an international consulting firm.

In October 2024, an economic impact study, also conducted by CBRE, found a New Haven casino near Interstate 469 and U.S. 24 would generate about $80 million in annual taxes, including about $18 million in city taxes. That analysis was paid for by Full House Resorts.

Full House Resorts owns, leases, develops and operates gaming facilities nationwide, including in Illinois, Mississippi, Colorado and Nevada.
