Global test lab Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has announced the appointment of Gavin Isaacs – former CEO of Scientific Games and more recently Entain – as an advisor to its Board of Directors, pending regulatory review and approval.
Isaacs will serve alongside CVC, represented by Alexander Heerkens Thijssen, Matt Turner and Zach Kelly, as well as GLI President & CEO James Maida, the company said in a Monday release.
CVC, a renowned global investment firm, acquired a sizable stake in GLI late last year as part of GLI’s leadership succession plan, aiming to support the group’s continued growth and long-term development.
