America’s fastest-growing sport is swinging its way onto the Strip.
Fontainebleau will host the Strip’s first Professional Pickleball Association tournament in an exclusive agreement with the league and the Carvana PPA Tour. The event will be held Aug. 27 through Sept. 1.
“We are thrilled to be the exclusive home to the PPA Tour Las Vegas Pickleball Cup, the first of its kind on the Strip,” Fedor Banuchi, the north Strip resort’s senior vice president of entertainment, said in a Thursday press release. “We pride ourselves on being industry-leaders in the live event, sporting and entertainment space, so to be able to play host to one of the fastest-growing sports in the world is an honor.”
