Full construction of Marina Bay Sands’ US$3.3 billion expansion project is set to begin by July 2025, the company has announced, with a target completion date of July 2029.
The expansion of Singapore’s iconic integrated resort, designed by the same architectural firm that created the existing structure, Safdie Architects, will include a fourth hotel tower with a sky roof, a 15,000-seat entertainment arena and additional premium MICE space, as well as new food and beverage and nightlife offerings.
MBS on Friday unveiled a series of recent “design enhancements” to the multi-billion dollar expansion project – first announced in 2019 – including an updated perspective of the highly-anticipated fourth tower.
