The CuraƧao Gaming Control Board (GCB) has re-opened its online portal for gambling licence applications today (15 July).
The application window in the jurisdiction closed on 30 April, which was the deadline for sub-licences after the GCB extended the initial 31 March deadline due to receiving multiple sub-standard submissions.
The regulator stated it will prioritise applications submitted before 30 April, but B2C, B2B2C, and B2B operators can still apply for a licence.
Applications will be processed under the current National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (NOOGH), as CuraƧaoās new gambling law, the National Ordinance for Games of Chance (LOK), has yet to be enacted.
