A steakhouse at Foxwoods Resort Casino is still closed nearly a week after a fire broke out there, resulting in three firefighters being injured.
In a voicemail message, David Burke Prime Steakhouse said it was “currently not taking reservations due to remodeling” and that it would provide updates on a regular basis. It said it looked “forward to seeing everyone in the near future.”
Last week, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation said in a social media post the fire broke out in the steakhouse on Tuesday night and the all clear was given by their fire department around 12:30 p.m. and the area was deemed safe and secure.
