Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa welcomes back one of its originals as Old Homestead is reopening tonight for dinner. The steakhouse, temporarily moved into a pop-up location so the restaurant could get an extensive makeover.
According to the press release, the updated design is inspired by the flagship New York restaurant with original artwork and photography adorning the walls. The “inviting backdrop” features traditional paneling complemented by hues of red, gold and warm browns.
PlayNJ spoke with Robert McIntosh, Borgata’s Director of Food and Beverage regarding the Old Homestead changes. McIntosh said guests will “notice a difference immediately” as they approach Old Homestead.
